This morning I’m sharing with you a closer look at our Food and Beverage Table set up for the Basketball “Half”time Party!! This was one of my favorite tables to put together for this event!!
I first designed the scoreboard as an 8×10 as I new I didn’t want one that was too big, but big enough to put on a smaller canvas and easel I picked up at Hobby Lobby. I used my son’s birthday (9/24) for the score, but reversed them so that he was ahead as the “home” team!
My favorite item of the whole table and possibly of any event were the water bottles all thanks to the talented Tiffany from Fizzy Party! Tiffany is the owner and blogger behind Fizzy Party. She loves planning parties, sharing her party experience, and adding to your party details with awesome décor pieces; including these featured yarn pom poms!!! She was super accommodating. Even went out to find the right color of yarn for the event.
I used two yarn pom poms around the water bottles to dress them up. The bottles were wrapped with our water bottle labels that I think look like shirts; add the pom poms and you have yourself a cheerleader in the stands!!! (The stand used to display our beverages in the photo is actually our product stand purchased from Clear Solution Display out of Vermont. I use this stand for expos to showcase my stationery and prints).
We also used the pom poms on our dessert table giving our megaphones a little extra detail. I’d love for you to visit Fizzy Party and her etsy shop! She can also be found on Twitter and Facebook.
The last piece of the food and beverage table was the food. We served mini burgers, fries, and other snack foods. I displayed the items on a tray I scored at Target during the holidays. The fry containers were an item I purchased through Pick-Your-Plum forever ago and I dressed them up with our sticker labels. For the burgers I added a food topper designed as a pendants!
Check back later today when I share more on our dessert table with a vendor spotlight of my local bakery who assisted with our cupcakes.

Where did you get the stand that displays the popcorn and cupcakes?
The stands are baking stands from my kitchen. 🙂
Where did you get the personalized water bottles?
